LtC. Michael L. McNaught, CD, BStr. SStr. LoH U.S. Special Forces- delta (ret.)

Michael's military career spanned nearly 3 decades and was primarily centered in United States Military Special Operations which requires that his accomplishments remain unavailable to the public. He retired as a delta operator. He has worked for Canadian, US, and British forces. During the cold war, he advised several other NATO countries. Of late, he has consulted in the new tactics involved with fighting terrorism. He is involved with "other agencies" now that he has formally retired. Suffice to say, his experience and his ability to develop high performance teams and missions is formidable. In preparation for his military work, he successfully completed elite training evolutions in all of the services, Special Forces, and graduated the U.S. War College 2nd in his class. He is a member of the 75th Rangers Association and of the United Nations Peacekeepers' Association. He is an ad hoc Advisor to the U. S. Southern Command of the U.S. Army Special Forces. The CD after his name designates an award by the government of Canada. For the United Nations, Michael was awarded a special medal for bravery for his service in Bosnia along with the medals named at the top from other Operations. It is his view that client relationships are built on trust. Life lessons are usually taught by family and society as we grow but, all behaviors both good and bad are learned at an early age, for the most part, in his view. Mr. McNaught is there to reinforce and or help the client to learn other more productive ways or improve on already good strategies that may just have to be tweaked.

Since 1998, Michael has served the Company as Vice-President for Business Development and Chief Financial Officer. He is currently a specialty coach for the firm.

"Be convinced that to be happy means to be free and that to be free means to be brave. Therefore do not take lightly the perils of war." --Thucydides--
